The so-called 'Oculus' is the ethereal aura of a disembodied eye - and it glides invisibly and silently through the air, transmitting what it sees to its owner via a magic link. This rare artifact was created by the Tenebrae centuries ago - a long-forgotten cult whose members dedicated their talents to the Dark Arts. People are still looking for the legendary "Oculus Drakonis" today - it's the most powerful 'eye in the sky' created from the eye of a dragon.
